Well, it has been some time since I went for a macro shoot. Fumbling with the equipment initially. Two shots taken this morning at Chestnut Drive. The habitat at Chestnut Drive has been encroached upon by condo development. The area is more bare compared to previously. Sad.
Welcome your comments.

hi Peter, the texture of the moth is very well captured. Great work! The ant is very sharp and well composed tho' I wonder if some parts of the abdomen has been blown out? Good to see you "sharpening the saw".

Hi Darren,
Thanks for your comments. Yes, the ant's body is blown out.
The saw is rusty and am glad that I took it out to "de-rust" it. Sharpening? still some way to go. but will work on it.

Peter, 2 very nice images from one of my favourite hunting grounds. It is really sad to learn about the condo development on this place. I have sighted more than 10 species of dragronflies/damselflies at this place before.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for viewing & positive comments. Yes, I hope that the encroachment will stop where it is now and not destroy any more of the habitat. I didn't realise that there are 10 species of DF. I think I saw 3-4 species only, so far.

Hi Trident,
I will take your advice to redo the ant - but have to wait for another opportunity. Thanks for comments & viewing.
