Combined Outing @ Panti Forest - May 15

We are organising a combined outing for NPSS Paid members to Panti Forest. For those who have not been there, Panti is being targeted to be a Bird Sanctuary. It is about 1.5 to 2 hours drive from causeway. Panti forest is a secondary forest, so it is good for both birds and macro subjects.

Depending on the number of cars and the mix of Avian and macro shooters, we will try to limit the number of participant to a maximum of 20 (both avian and macro). This will be a first come first serve basis. We will plan to meet at Woodlands at 5am, it will take about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Panti. As it is a forest, there is no eating place or provision shop, so do bring water and your lunch there. Depending on where you go in the forest, there are leeches along the trail, so wearing leech socks is recommended.
