NPSS Durian Trip, Sunday, 4 July 2010

Thanks Tony for leading this enjoyable durian trip, the car drive and the rest for the great company. Now I know why Hazel, Yixong & Allan are repeat customers There are many photography opportunities too for both birding and macro but unfortunately, most of us did not bring the appropriate lens Here are some candid shots to share.

I'm glad we all had a good trip.
We got to taste very fresh good quality durians in Tangkak; sweet, creamy, rich, fragrant, bitter.
Had good tau sar pau for breakfast at Yon Lai, Kulairaya, and a 8 dish dinner at Cathay Restaurant, Kulairaya.

In the morning, each contributed RM100.
At the end of the trip we had excess money, so....
Drivers Loon Tat and myself were refunded RM50 each.
SC was refunded RM80 because he could not stay to enjoy the dinner with us. (that works out to about S$8 for a day long trip!).

We had a wonderful day together, great company, relaxed, and full of laughter. We took record shots with compacts while SC and Yixiong brought their bird lenses. Hey Yixiong - go fly kite again?.

Looks like you guys had fun, such a pity I can't make it due to a company event.
The durian sure looks yummy, should have pack some back
The poor eagle looks so pitiful, hope that guy can make it, anyway you guys got some good pic of the eagle, good memories.
