Apart from suntan lotion, I also read that to prevent bites from sandfly, you can also use coconut oil or any other oil, Vicks Vapor Rub, take Vitamin B (one every morning), take Marmite (contains Vitamin B) or use insect repellant with a high concentration of DEET.

Just got back from a recce with injury-hit Pegi and the weather was great, the tide was fantastic and so was the lightning in the distance.

I will be closing the registration for this trip by this Sat midnight (Sun morning) as I will need to be booking the chalets and the coach tix.

Thanks alot for the tips! Coconut oil is...you can ask Pegi about my reaction to it. . As for DEET, it is great but beware, it melts plastic so camera handling after applying DEET is a no-no.
