Cicadas, a very common insect that it sound are heard in all parks and nature reserves. They are seldom being seen by people due to their camouflaging skill.

Thomisidae Crab spider move sideways like crab. They are a slow moving and hunt their prey by remain stationary and await in ambush.Thomisidae spiders can be recognised by the two horn-like projections on the margins of the face.

The Branded Imperial (Eooxylides tharis distanti)
This pretty forest butterfly is often seen fluttering in the shady and thick vegetation, it rarely seen in bright sunny areas. The Branded Imperial is local in distribution, but is not uncommon.
